I am glad you are busbyh I suppose we should think about the positives, payouts are starting, they have all the info, hopefully, and i think we are nearly there:T:T:T

It's going in chronological order not ref number. This has been stressed to me several times from deloitte and fscs. My number is just below 300 but claim was received on the 12th Sept 08. It depends when FSCS received your claim form

I too had one of the forms from Deloittes yesterday! Have e mailed to say do i need to fill it in as I sent them all of the information last week???

Just had an email from fscs and they still havent got my claim back:mad::mad::mad: going to ring deloitte to find out where it is:mad::mad:

Rung deloitte claim still with them:mad::mad::mad: with senior manager needed amending going to fscs today:mad::mad::mad: story changed from yesterday, I was told it was gone to fscs. They make it up as they go along I am sure
