I do think now though that if we dont get anywhaere later in the week we ought to do what honey did and officially complain. It seemed to work for honey, again hopefully, she did get some answers after she told them she was going to formally complain.

Someone on Consumer action group got their cheque today. Ref no.19.

Will try and find Honeys post about what happened with her claim.

"When Picture were officially in default I got a phone call 2weeks later from Deloitte - the only had one question and that was do you want the cheque made payable to you or someone else? I said me - they said ok that is us finnished working on your claim and it will be sent to the FSCS at the end of this week. I telephone the FSCS a week later and they siad they had it and this other team were working on it -21st July the FSCS have had it from - just over two months to get to the point of running off a cheque. "

Now just to confuse you all again, Target hadnt started sending information at this point had they? I am confusing myself now.

But I do know that it wont take over two months once claims get to the FSCS now.

Thanks pinknico, it doesn't make sense that is has been with FSCS so long and she is still waiting.

Hi Pinknico just found the one on CAG what I dont understand is that if they have just been paid out and their ref was 19 I am 214 I am really scared that if they are going in no order we could be months yet. I am being totally unrealistic or what? No target hadnt so maybe thats why Honeys was at the fscs so long. Also how come deloitte sent it back so quick, they have had ours for nearly three months. Now I am just confusing the issue more I think. OH !!!!!!
