I do think now though that if we dont get anywhaere later in the week we ought to do what honey did and officially complain. It seemed to work for honey, again hopefully, she did get some answers after she told them she was going to formally complain.0

"When Picture were officially in default I got a phone call 2weeks later from Deloitte - the only had one question and that was do you want the cheque made payable to you or someone else? I said me - they said ok that is us finnished working on your claim and it will be sent to the FSCS at the end of this week. I telephone the FSCS a week later and they siad they had it and this other team were working on it -21st July the FSCS have had it from - just over two months to get to the point of running off a cheque. "

Now just to confuse you all again, Target hadnt started sending information at this point had they? I am confusing myself now.
But I do know that it wont take over two months once claims get to the FSCS now.DS1 12/10/04

Ihave had a look on CAG and can not find the post. Can someone copy the details up.Does it mention how much they got paid.:T0 -
