That is strange Di, still waiting for a response from 2 weeks back and yet they emailed more or less straight back on your today's email....
Yes I think they must think oh god not her again, yet I was told last week I could ring them anytime I wanted to somehow I dont think he meant that though :confused:I am going to email him back now though and tell him what deloitte told me today that my claim has been sent back to the FSCS

Right am totally confused now. Have today received a questionarre letter from Deloitte asking for more information in relation to my loan from Picture. The thing is though these questions have already been submitted at the time of the original complaint to the FSCS.

What do I do ? Do I complete this questionarre and send it back regardless. I am reading many times in OP posts that these questionarres were actually sent out in error? Is this 100 % correct information.

Dont suppose it hurts to fill in and send back AGAIN !!!!
If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! :D

Hi Barloo A few of us got them today and I spoke to deloitte, my caseworker, who told me that all the information on the form, they had on screen and they were sent out to quite a few people in error. I take it your form is asking for details of your PPI, loan and wether it is paid off or not, he told me to ignore it as they had all the information they needed.

Think it was way after that - that emailed FSCS, I emailed the guy who have been responding to my emails, won't write his full name, but his initials are Mr . RL, he is out of office and the response I did have back was that he is out off office and to email the enquiry dept at FSCS, will be waiting forever then......
Did you actually email a certain person at the FSCS or the enquiry section?[/Q

I've emailed RL but find RH(BH) senior case handler is better. Do you know who I mean;)

I agree Di, something not right here, it makes you think if the FSCS "HAVE" sent everything over to them doesn't it?
