Must say, I was never expecting to hear of cheques being received today. Through past experience, when waiting for mail. If it had been sent out 1st class Friday, it was more likely to have been rc'd Saturday, Therefore there would be liitle chance of receiving one today. I would imagine all cheques to be sent out 1st class. But then who knows!!!!!

Hi all just had an email from the fscs they havent had anything from deloitte yet, who say they have sent it:mad::mad::mad::mad:I am hoping it is in transit and they get it tomorrow. Willtry them again tomorrow.

Hi Di, at what time did the FSCS send you the email reply?

I also emailed them this afternoon, but did not hear anything from them or deloittes in regards of phone call from deloittes....

I'm sure they would have a special delivery service between them and not relay on ROYAL MAIL, they must have some sort of IDS = internal despatch service, where they use couriers!!!!!!!

Hi Di just got in and opened my email it was sent at 2.45 thats pretty good for them I only emailed them at 1.00pm I am still waiting for a reply from one I sent nearly two weeks ago:mad::mad:

I know busbyh I will have to ring them again tomorrow and if no result back onto deloitte. Think it was way after that - that emailed FSCS, I emailed the guy who have been responding to my emails, won't write his full name, but his initials are Mr . RL, he is out of office and the response I did have back was that he is out off office and to email the enquiry dept at FSCS, will be waiting forever then......
Did you actually email a certain person at the FSCS or the enquiry section?

That is strange Di, still waiting for a response from 2 weeks back and yet they emailed more or less straight back on your today's email....:rolleyes:
