When Picture were officially in default I got a phone call 2weeks later from Deloitte - the only had one question and that was do you want the cheque made payable to you or someone else? I said me - they said ok that is us finnished working on your claim and it will be sent to the FSCS at the end of this week. I telephone the FSCS a week later and they siad they had it and this other team were working on it -21st July the FSCS have had it from - just over two months to get to the point of running off a cheque.

Di I have just emailed Deloittes as well, to ask why they want this info if they already been provided all this, many times over, yet I then received an email just to say they are only now waiting to hear from the Mortgage lender........ that is all they need they said, there is never a full detailed answer or explanation.

They are just going over old ground all the time....:mad:
