Yes its hard to believe we have made it through 3 months since they were declared in Default, thank goodness for this forum.
I know we are nearing the end I just hope that the final hurdle will be as stress free and as simple as possible.:T

Poor busbyh has a lot of catching up to do and I bet her daughter has been sent a questionnaire from Deloitte which will add to their stress.

Yes mine is marked as priority but I don't know how long it will be with the Senior Managers as I still don't know what they actually do....Is the decision already made by Delloites? Do the FSCS simply 'rubber stamp' the decision or there is actual work to be done?

The lack of information and the conflicting info that we are getting is making a stressful situation 10 times worse than it need be:confused:

I'm lucky in so much as my MP has got real clout, (Chief Secretary of the defence select commitee) and I think he's really been pushing behind the scenes on this....
Gumbi yours has gone back to the FSCS now do you expect to hear this week, or have you been told you will hear this week.

Di the man at the FSCS did say these forms were going to be sent out but they decided they didnt need the info afterall. So he said just to ignore mine. Hope hes right. He also looked on his puter screen and said they had all the info on the form on screen so not to send it back. They should have it with the forms we have already filled in.

    Cheers Di.;)

I have already done them now lol and shoved in all the copies of the evidence they did ask for, hubby nipping to town and going to the library, if they ring back then, I will tell them as well.....:D.
But your right though, they should have all the details.;)

Thanks everyone for holding my hand waiting on the postman over the last few days. Roll on Wed:j will keep you posted if I get any phone calls.

My friend had written to the Chief Executive of the FSCS asking for her claim to be looked at again - she received an reply this morning saying that her letter was received that there have been a number of requests to have claims for compensation to be re-looked at - this will be completed striclty in the order received. At least it is being looked at!
