So wont expect anything this week, maybe next.

Deloittes are ringing back this afternoon, fingers crossed.;)

I will still make a start on our form though, just in case they have mis laid ours again.....

The one that is dealing with our case is the one that should be ringing back, we spoke to one of her colleagues.
Di the man at the FSCS did say these forms were going to be sent out but they decided they didnt need the info afterall. So he said just to ignore mine. Hope hes right. He also looked on his puter screen and said they had all the info on the form on screen so not to send it back. They should have it with the forms we have already filled in.

We've got to remember there is no incentive for any of these organisations to get things done.
    • The banks and loan companies answer only to themselves - the FSA is a joke !
    • The FSCS answers to nobody
    • Deloitte's answer to the FSCS who answers to...yep that's right nobody!
There is no fear of failure as there is nobody to answer too except us and we can be ignored because ultimately we have no power beyond our capacity to call and make ourselves such a pain in the rear end that they get fed up and either sort us out or drop us the bottom of the pile out of sheer spite!

This is indicative of the whole financial system I'm afraid and nothing's likely to change soonicon9.gif

Just be thankful we're close to the end and that all the anger and frustration will be worth it in the end..........HOPEFULLY!

If it does not arrive on Wed - my husband is taking me to their offices with Id and I am asking them to give me my letter and cheque - I will save them the postage. I am not joking - will travel down Wed night

Good one Pinknico at least its with a manager. I cant understand why it would take another week surely all they have to do it cross the i's and dot the t's. But at least its not another month like they told you this morning. I expect if you rung again youd get a different answer, maybe cheque in post:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
