    dialysis/beaniebabe,
Have you put your concerns in writing to Deloitte as mammamia did. This may help speed things up. I think sometimes when it is just a phone conversation, they tend to forget to update your file:confused: whereas if it is in writing, they have to.
Do you know busbyh, I was thinking the same thing although I thought Dialysis did do. Perhaps you have to put this out to each firm involved in the redress too. :T

    Hi marshallka,
I'm not sure, I know she said she had called them but I don't know about writing. I think half the time when we call they just listen to the call, but that's it. At the end of the day they myst get so many. But a letter sent in has to be addressed. The fscs did ask for all info to be sent in, and that includes anything at all that could help the claim .
It does state at the bottom of the claim form we completed or on the info leaflet, if anyone is suffering hardship, they will look at this and see what they can do

I would send the letter to each firm

It first went to the FSCS about 12 months ago, then to Deloitte about 2 months. I only wrote to them just before it went to Deloitte to say that we were behind with payments on both the mortgage and Picture and I was concerned about losing my home. I think they may have made us priorty then. I do think every one else should hear soon.
    Mammamia
Any idea how long the FSCS had it once delloitte had passed it back to them. Just trying to work out how long the final process takes the fscs to do before it gets to us.

I wrote a letter to FSCS months ago giving information on our financial circumstances and difficulties. I was informed by a man at the fscs that once the company went into default then my claim would be treated as priority. I hope they didn't forget and would be suprised if they had cos I have e mailed them reguarly since reminding them of our circumstances. They also informed me a few weeks ago that we were priority. Fingers crossed:j I hope thats enough info for them

I just wasn't sure if you had just called them. If you did write I shouldn't think there will be a problem, as everything that is sent to them is put on file. Even any emails you send are.

Hopefully beaniebabe, something will come your way next week:beer:
