    I'm not expecting any news this week as on Friday our was still with Deloitte and they said it should be sorted with the next couple of weeks.
    We should also be able to claim for STRESS!!!!

    Dialysis, if you are ringing the FSCS then its free isn't it.:confused:

    I've just checked, I think I have used the 0207 number - this is the freephone one:-
    0800 678 1100

    Hi anyone with a Picture loan / ppi policy - could you please do me a favour and look at your policy to see who the Insurance Underwriters are
