Cn I ask you Mammamia, when your claim was passed from delloitte to fscs how long was it at the fscs before you received your cheque. We have been told that we should hear something within 2 weeks, do you think it is likely we will hear something.
It first went to the FSCS about 12 months ago, then to Deloitte about 2 months. I only wrote to them just before it went to Deloitte to say that we were behind with payments on both the mortgage and Picture and I was concerned about losing my home. I think they may have made us priorty then. I do think every one else should hear soon.0 -

I haven't told them, but I spoke to them when I first got the cheque and basically the £14k will stay as part of the loan. They said it would be up to me if I paid them the cheque or not.0 -

On another consumer site someone was told the only payouts so far had been test cases so who knows??

Have you put your concerns in writing to Deloitte as mammamia did. This may help speed things up. I think sometimes when it is just a phone conversation, they tend to forget to update your file
