:TOMG just got back in lots to read but from what I gather we are getting a lot of cryptic clues:mad::mad: are we ever going to get a straight simple answer to our questions. Honey 2 I hope it is your cheque hun. I dont understand any of your phone call how annoying why couldnt she just tell you in palin english.

Pinknico I am ringing the FSCS tomorrow and deloitte I am doing it every day till I get some answers so fire away, waht do you want me to ask.
Also does anyone know any of the big wigs at these two places I am sick of speaking to the indians no offence meant I wnat to speak to the chief.:T

Funny that Picture contacted me about 6 months ago and said if I wanted to cancel the policy I would be due cash back - I told them that would be daft would it not - they just told me the option is there but the sum you would get goes down as time goes by.

It had been in force for about 2.5 years - they were offering something like 1,600 back if I cancelled the policy.

Hello dialysis, I want to know do they send out cheques first class, would they expect the postal strike to delay them, are they able to send money by BACS as the post is so bad! Thank you.

I realised when I read the converations from yesterday, I think they are picking us off one by one to give us a bad day - just for the hell of it!
