Hi gumbi
I agree what you are saying, although it doesn't stop us feeling any the less frustrated and now also worried in case our claim is rejected!
I must say, everytime I have spoken to the FSCS, although they have not give much away (I know their hand are tied somewhat) they have always been well mannered and pleasant.
I think what you are saying is we need to keep calm for just a bit longer:mad:If we can!!
Thanks
That's right.....Easier said than done I know.
What they don't realise is that every day they delay is another day for me to plot my revenge. I've spent many a bathtime daydreaming about how best to exact my revenge (which is very sad considering that used to spend that time dreaming about a threesome with Kylie & Kim Cattrell!!:o)
It ranges from activity that would likely get me arrested should I mention it on a public forum or at the very least have me reported to the RSPCA....to simple pleasures such as signing up board members to dodgy finance sites so that they get a mountian of unwanted mail about financial products that were even worse value than theirs.
I think I will I will settle for a bouquet of lillys to mourn the loss of their money making machine know as Picture Finance, though that may change after the bottle of red wine I plan on consuming this evening!!;)0 -
Cheers hun, so it should be listed soon then, also depending on how often they update the site.;)X

I think for the ones who does not have the internet, they would not be none or the wiser of what is what will they?
But if it wasn't for Deloittes we would not have really known in the first place.
I am wondering now though as well since reading some posts of why its deloittes that sorts the claims out and not the FSCS.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
:mad:Hi Busbyh
They did received a phone call from a Delloite claim handler, think it was in and around May 09 - asking questions about the loan and the PPI - they were asked if they could remember the name of the sales person from Picture that had dealt with their loan through to completion! Delloite said they needed as much information as possible in order to investigate their claim, if I recall they were asked to send a copy of the agreement.
When I received a call from Delloite I was just asked to confirm who I was and asked for a copy of the credit agreement which detailed all the figures. I then received a second call 10 min later after they realised I had already sent a copy to the FSCS and a 2nd copy was not required.
Hope this helps
Honey 2 xx
That was quite some time back wasn't it.
I know the name of our claim handler is on the copy of the terms and conditions I sent them., so there would be no need to request it from them. I don't know what to think now, as that puts paid to another theory.
I will have to get hold of my son in law and ask him exactly what was said in the phone call. This is why I am concerned as It is not my claim and so I don't really know what was said.
I could be worrying over nothing as he has several lines of mis sell.
Reasons for mis sell- the single premium,
- only 5 year cover but paying for 25yrs.
- cover for first named only
- amount of PPi £8872,only on original, but copy we requested showed the total amount it would cost at the current interest rate at the time
- pre-existing medical conditions
