The frustrating part about all this wait is the fact that we dont know when it is coming. If someone had the decency to say oh yes it will be next week for definate we could get on with our lives and keep the wolves from the door. :mad::mad:0

I agree dialysis, the need to be vague must surely be over and a phone call only takes a couple of minutes: eg:
Deloittes could ring and say finished looking at your claim ,have sent it to FSCS.
FSCS could ring and say we have your claim , we have calculated claim, we are sending cheque.
Wouldnt take much would it and the fact you were told :not until the end of the year and you had to point out you were priority and that Deloittes had told you that your claim had gone to the FSCS, then they said couple of weeks! Ridiculous.DS1 12/10/04

Absolutly Pinknico well I am giving them until wednesday next week and if I havent heard anything by then I am ringing again but I am not going to be so polite this time:mad::mad: You spend all this time saying ok and thank you we will wait again but its about time we got some definate answers. What really annoys me is like you say everytime you speak to someone different they havent got a clue whats going on and you get different answers. Surely when you ring up they should look at your claim and then give you the information you require. Its just common sense. Sorry for my ranting but I am on a downer today and really p....d off. Since emailing both FSCS and Deloittes yesterday, to ask for an update on Twopart, not received any response yet.

That doesnt bear thinking about Pinknico I am sure you will have after all from what I have read and heard 99.9999% of pictures PPI is upheld. They are single premium policies which as far as I am aware have all been missold. You will be fine. The other thing is I dont know how they can keep people in the dark like this I am sure they would have known ages ago who had a valid claim, and they should have let us know at that point.You're not offending anyone dialysis, just putting into words what we are all thinking!

Exactly do they have no idea how this is affecting people!!
I really feel for the person whos claim was turned down, if the FOS had been involved I am sure it would have been a different outcome.DS1 12/10/04

Do you know who you write to complain about the service we have recived from the FSCS cos I dont know about anyone else but the only communciation I have recived from them in 13 months is when I have either emailed or telephoned. There has been no customer service or thought at all.
