You're not offending anyone dialysis, just putting into words what we are all thinking!
I am still petrified I havent got a valid claim.
So am I pinknico:mad:dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
Do you know who you write to complain about the service we have recived from the FSCS cos I dont know about anyone else but the only communciation I have recived from them in 13 months is when I have either emailed or telephoned. There has been no customer service or thought at all. Also as I said earlier the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing and it is really annoying.
Guys,
I have to admit to feeling a bit sorry for the FSCS.....They have had an 150% increase in workload over the last 12 months and that's bound to affect their ability to communicate...
Had anyone even heard of the FSCS before 12 months ago..?
I'm no fan and I think things could have been handled better but let's remember that the bad guys here are Picture......They knew what they were doing when they fobbed us off to begin with. I'm sure the conversation went something like.
"look it's all going to hit the fan soon so let's just delay these cliams by sending them to the FOS. By the time they're dealt with we'll be out of business and it will be somebody else's problem and we'll all have our nice pay off's and a cushy new job advising on the borad of another company"
We all know we've been p****d on and have every right to shout from the rooftops but let's keep our powder dry until after we've had our money;)
Then I think the gloves can come off so that nobody else has to put up with the rot that we've gone through for the past 2 years......believe me I have a couple of great letters ready and waiting to go to MP's, Watchdogs and media once I've got my cash and haave spent the lot on a holiday to the sun:D
I think if and when the cheque arrives I shall have a little weep, give myself a pat on the back and set about seeking my revenge:p0 -

Yay here is my message folks from the FSCS..............Good afternoon,
I can confirm that Twopart Limited were declared "in default" on 8 September 2009.
As you may be aware, we expect in most cases to complete all claims within 6 months from the date a firm is declared "in default"
Hope this helps

My reference number is that of number one :j:j:j
This is probably why deloittes have been asking for more details then, so they can get on with it.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi Gumbi thank you for that you are right about waiting till we have our money:j:j:j words of wisdom. I am spouting off thats all its just not fair, and yes Picture are the bad guys and had all this planned, they knew they were screwed.
Spout away my dear.........and feel justified in doing so. Just remember that choosing when to have a battle is the key to winning it;)
At the moment we all have frayed nerves and will probably be on first name terms with the postman by the end of next week. Let's not let them off......once it's all sorted look back at this forum and remember just how bad it got.
I think I speak for all of us when I say that I would love nothing more this weekend than take a trip to Cardiff, knock on the door of Picture or Target or whatever the hell they are calling themselves nowadays and take a long steaming P**s on what remains of their technical infrastructure and then dance a jigg around the burning remains until I passed from exhuastion.... very satisfying in the short term, but unlikely to get me my money any faster:rotfl:
Go on close your eyes and imagine it...........you'll feel great:cool:0
