I was really pleased with it Karma - 2:44:56 (typed/ texted that so many times now :rotfl:)

Would have liked to have been a bit more prepared but happy with it - rather achy today as I got very cold at the start and end, the last few kms I was a bit shaky and chilly. Mr S very kindly drove me to the start, hung around for ages and then cheered me on at the end and wrapped me up in lots of jackets afterwards! He has been laughing at me struggling up the stairs though! Recovered with kebabs and red wine last night :D

It seems like a long time since Saturday morning but it was nice and sunny then and we got some veggies planted - looks like it's going to be a nice Spring-like week :)

Will finalise my next 3 month plan after payday :)

    Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.

I don't even want to *think* about the friction injuries that could result from the need for a sports bra :eek::eek:

The sort where your current one is a bit small and rubs a bit, which after nearly 3 hours is quite a lot of rubbing  Have seen the one I want in Debenhams so can save up vouchers for there. Have bought new trainers though - they were also slightly small and if I'm going to keep up long distances I don't want to damage my feet!

Much less achy today, I had such a good sleep last night, such a rarity for me that it always makes me very happy! Not much else going on.. meant to be going to a meeting this evening about the other training stuff at work but not sure if it is definitely on or not!
