Thanks! About reading around rather than paying out for the course and finding you don't have the time - you could use the syllabus as a starter - see what the library has? The most basic book is better than nothing, at least it gives you an idea - I just think when we're dealing with an area thats so foreign to us, even to be familiar with one idea is a big help.

    Gotta go now - byeeeeeee............

Well it's the area that my almost-degree is in, so not totally unfamiliar, just different areas of the same area, but yes you're right, I think reading round the topic is a good start before I decide if I want to commit the time etc.

Have a nice day.. byeee! :hello:

Oh!!!! Thats different, totally. Reading to see if you like the different slant, for sure - but a beginner's book would bore you rigid, wouldn't it?

Have a good evening :hello: :hello: :hello:

It's been a while since I've done any studying though, so something a bit basic might be good as a gentle way back in.

Exciting news for today - erm, nope! We made lemon curd last night, that was quite exciting, never done it before, and it was looooovely.

    Oh today's clothes update:

Lovely little fashion show! I like this! I did manage to wander about in a clothes store the other day, tho couldn't quite face buying anything, and I noticed with gratitude how much *longer* all the tops are. Excellent news for those of us a little older than you and the model .... :):):)

Oh the stripy top I've got on today is REALLY long - it's a New Look one - almost covers my bum if I pull it down :D I don't like draughty gaps :rotfl:

Just remembered I did have a little bit of news - well money update - £170 left and 12 days till payday.

Edit.. *cough* £157.50... erm... found perfect denim skirt reduced from £50 to £12.50 (ethical organic denim too).. had to be done.. so that's only £14.10 clothes budget left till end of June, should be fine though, I have plenty of summery things!

 Not sure if I can let you do that! :rotfl:

Link is http://www.tooashop.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=33 - the 75% off code is 'alt75' to make it £12.50.

Think carefully though.. or else :p
