Are free meals calorie free too? :rotfl: Had a good night out, film wasn't fantastic but quite interesting, and hey it was free. Had meal out with 2 for 1 voucher - lovely Italian - and Mr Squizz paid so free for me and cheap for him!

Spent 80p for breakfast this morning as a certain young man doesn't eat breakfast and didn't have anything in that I could eat - still £2 in five days is not bad. Only thing I need to buy at the weekend is hair dye to smarten myself off before we go on hols so a trip to Wilkinsons will be in order for that, should still be able to keep under a fiver for the week. Very pleased with that! :D

ps is it a little bit strange when you've only spent £1 each way on flights to have booked a Michelin starred restaurant for one night when you're there? :D

Well it is the 34 euro set menu... which is still quite a lot for a meal but it looks amazing!

Oops meant to write more than that! Not a huge amount to report mind you, Mr Squizz is working today so I've been home to get holiday clothes and been for a run (my poor nose ran lots too, it was freezing!) Didn't buy cheap hair dye in the end, got some with supermarket shop which I'll have to pay Mr S back for at some point!

Anyway, me and the cat are just chilling out with a cup of tea until our boy comes home :)

Helloooooo I'm back! Weather was fab (23C on Friday, was paddling in the sea!).. loved the buildings although too much Gaudi makes you dizzy :rotfl:.. food amazing - had some really good cheap meals, sooo much lovely fish.. and the Michelin starred restaurant which was not cheap but absolutely brilliant!

Managed to stick to my £100 budget although I do owe Mr Squizz a bit more for a few things, and I bought some food and stuff yesterday so am needing to have a cheap week again (get paid next Monday), going to try for a £5 budget again.

Come back with a bit of a cold, had a really sore throat on Sat and my head feels a bit stuffed up. Not liking the cold and wet weather and having to be back at work :( But oh well just six weeks till I go away again! :j
