Not sure about reset button, will have a look. Have tried taking battery out and putting it back in again.. it's weird, not even the key on the side that locks the screen works!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Hmm, I think the phone may have to pay a visit to the T Mobile shop
Still not got a cold, but feeling remarkably like a person who has got a cold. And annoyed by work, especially people who mess with my spreadsheets when I'm on holiday.
Been looking at the free M&S cards for Mr Squizz for birthday and Christmas, some nice designs but the greetings are either a bit too formal or too soppy...Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Hmm so last night I was grumpy. I've still got the cold that I refuse to have, work had been annoying, I had no food at home and no money (I do have a bit but it was all in limbo between accounts ), and my phone is definitely b*ggered (I believe that's the technical term).
Had a hunt through bags for vouchers and found a £1 Tesco one and a free erm, kids ready meal thing that I was going to give to a friend for her little boy, but needs must.. so last night I had mini chicken and butternut squash pie (actually very nice!) and bread, also bought toilet roll and shampoo, and a tin of soup for today's lunch, and the whole lot cost me 88pOh and Tesco value shampoo at 26p for a litre smells like good old fashioned Radox... mmmmm....
Anyway, found an old phone to use and had a good text chat with best mate, arranged for her to come visit in Jan for some slightly late birthday celebrations for meHad talked myself out of going for a run as was feeling yucky with this cold (that I don't have) but was still quite grumpy later so made myself go out there. It's a real shame my lungs were feeling rubbish as my legs were feeling great - only did 2 miles but in 17:33 which is fast for me!
Still feel quite stuffy-headed this morning but had a little boost as for once I looked in the mirror and felt I lived up to Maz's "kooky fashionista" title.. just wearing all black, skirt, jumper and tights, black and white leopard print scarf that I practically live in at the moment, and a little white crocheted hat but it all seems to work - not often I think that!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
That sounds really good, Squizz! Sometimes you've got to work the vouchers - but I can't believe you've got an old phone hanging around with enough credit on it to have a chat! Naughty!!
Still, the look sounds very, very cool - good for you. I love leopard skin fabric print myself, one of my fave tops is lycra leopard skin
Yay for the refusal to have a cold :T:T2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Christmas cards sorted using the M&S codes - got a photo one for parents, and a silly one for Mr Squizz, it has a bad joke on it that reminded me of the ones he comes out with sometimes
Remembered I'd done a similar thing with the Touchnote offer a while back so I also have a personalised one for my grandad, and I got some lovely snowflake ones from another offer that was on here which will do for best friends. Everyone else is getting ones I got in the Boots January sale for next to nothing!

Good morning! The cold that I don't have appears to have turned into a temperamental voice and an excess of bright green stuff  But hey, it's Friday, and I've just done the last little bit of my Christmas shopping! :j Spent a bit more than I was planning to, but not too bad and it's great to have done it and still have two paydays before Christmas! Still need wrapping paper but had an email from the Telegraph about a voucher tomorrow for some free stuff from Waitrose so might get that. Would usually just buy the cheapest but this could be nice and I quite often get a Saturday paper anyway.
Children in Need today and as I work in an educational establishment (nearly wrote 'institution' which is more what it feels like :rotfl:) I'm expecting to be mugged several times by people in fancy dress - of course it's three days before payday isn't it? So I've raided Mr S's huge box of coppers this morning for that very purposeDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
The Telegraph/Waitrose deal sounds good - I've at least bought my Christmas cards for this year, and I have vague ideas about spicing them up a little by doing some ..... decoupage, is that what it is?....... a friend of mine trained as a graphic artist often does it, anyway, cutting pictures out with a craft knife and putting them with another pic in unexpected ways. Some of the results are fascinating. I'm aiming for Jean Luc Picard in a Santa hat.........2023: the year I get to buy a car0
