Just a thought: i this seller had underestimated the postage, would it be fair to ask the buyer to add the difference once the item had arrived and was seen to have been posted at a loss...? ...same principle as refunding a higher postage...?0

But the buyer does not have to agree its up to the seller to calculate the postage so the buyer is within rights to refuse0 -

You actually need three different things set. Firstly the full seller preferences, then ensure you have ticked the no international postage on the main listing and lastly just make sure you don't have any postage options outside the uK, even if they are left blank.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I wouldn't refund her, she's being cheap...too many people get upset about the postage where they should be looking at the total cost for the purchase.
This buyer got a £35 dress for a few quid sounds like a bargin to me. If she leaves negative feedback then respond to it and tell her she's being cheap0 -

there was a thread on here a few days ago about someone complaining the item they won did come in a reused envelope, the item itself was fine. they wanted a zero allowance for the packaging because it was not new. So that doesnt always work.2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,0
