Well what an eventful week, I can't wait for the day I can say I have had a boring week.

This week it has been a year since I split with my Ex and my god what a year it has been.

Interesting night last night, got a phone call from a collegue late last night, my car had been found. Was some excellent policing which I won't bore you all with but needless to say my car is at a recovery agent and it should be coming back to my garage on Monday so I can see what they have done to it.

Although I don't know if I want it back as such I am glad "they" don't have it anymore.

Having a bit of a funny week this week lots of mixed emotions about a variety of things and really feel like I need a good shake to get my head sorted

I am glad that the car has been found, and I hope you are able to feel comfortable with it, and at home, too - we were burgled a few years ago, and I know how emotional and invasive it all felt.

And of course you have other "stuff" going on too, which is bound to be strange. It will pass, and I reckon you have had the hardest stuff already, so today is time to say you are looking ahead.

Thanks Hypno, home doesn't feel like home at the moment at all but I know that it will again. I found out from forensics that there was likely to have been three people in my house. Makes me feel a bit like a useless mummy to be honest, even though my sensible side knows it's not my fault if that makes sense.

Right now the rational and the irrational will be playing games with you and vying for space. But you KNOW you are not a useless mummy, and so does DD. Does she know that you were burgled? Even now, my two have no idea, I managed to usher them out of the house and to a neighbour very quickly, who spirited them off to macdonalds until the police had been.....the best value happy meal I think they have ever had!

No she hasn't a clue as she slept through everything. I wouldn't want her to know there was people in our house whilst she was asleep as want her to always feel safe. I told her my car was poorly and was at a garage and noone has mentioned a thing to her, so as always her world is all rosey lol. Its scary when I think how much I have protected her from over the last few years but I love the fact her world is still perfect even if in reality it isn't.
