I am just floating through life at the moment with no real purpose. Someone help me get back in control...................PLEASE :o

We do have busy lives - but if you were to read back over your diaries I think you would find that you've had a really tough year, during which time:
    • you have carried on doing the best for your little girl,
    • carried on holding down a job and going beyond that and going up a level with even more demands
    • started a relationship with someone
    • improved your house before selling it
    • moved house
I think if you did a stress factor questionnaire you would have an excuse for scoring quite high!

Cut yourself some slack. Sometimes we need to do sweet fa!

Thanks Littlemiss, I hope I am some help to you as well and you can see that things do get better however horrible they may seem at times.

I have woke up this morning in a very good mood. I had a massive heart to heart with my BF last night about many things and I am now feeling very positive.

So today I am on a mission and its time to sort the last few bits of my life out which need sorting. So I am back on my diet and going to start exercising too. I am in a bit of a rut and haven't lost any weight for a while so getting myself back on track.

Sorted my bank accounts out last night and have set up a standing order to go into my savings account each month and also a seperate one to go into another account to save for my holiday next year. Although I can afford to pay for the reminder of my holiday out of a wage packet if it came to it I would rather not do this so have started saving enough each month to cover the payment and also a bit of spending money. I am also putting anything from 20p and under into my big piggy bank and will use this for spending money too.

Off to do a couple of dooyoo reviews now before I go to work.

    Happy Monday everyone :D
