Yes they should freeze well.
Best to put them on a tray and open freeze first then add them to boxes or bags, this way they are a lot less likely to go squishy.
BTW I have made these and have sprinkled a little coconut on top they went down a storm xBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Hi, can anyone tell me if you can freeze buns and cakes? I would like to be able to make quite a few and then "drip feed" them to the family;).Sometimes you're the dog, but more often you're the tree!:D0

Absolutely;) That's what I do. Cakes -little ones or big ones cut up, muffins, biscuits, flapjacks, scones all freeze well.0

I slice my banana loaf and then freeze it.
You can also freeze the bananas with no problems.0 -
You can also freeze banana muffins (and defrost them in the microwave in about 10s)A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
