I took a sip of some Actimel that I had stored in the back of my fridge for months.

    Geez it was rank!

I've tried complaining to myself but I just won't listen and don't seem to be getting anywhere with myself.

Anybody know how I should proceed with this?

Its only a few months out of date. I'm sure it will be fine if it isnt mouldy or doesnt taste sour/horrible.

I don't understand how Actimel can go off. Surely the 'good' bacteria will win over the 'bad' bacteria? There's only one way to settle this. Fiiiiiiigggghhhhtttt! :D

Trust me.. the bad bacteria won this fight! I had to bleach the sink in the end to make the horrid 'off-milk' drain smell go away. Blegh.
