We bathed the monster and she has decided she loathes the bath. Next time I'll bring her in with me and hand her over to Daddy when she's clean - hopefully that'll make her feel better about it.

We discovered a little too late that she has outgrown all her newborn babygrows, has two in weird interim size that are covered in various of her body fluids, and is hilariously too small for the 0-3 month ones, which she is currently asleep in because she was cold and we had no choice. So she has two long legged long sleeved sleepsuits that fit, and her mean parents are wondering how much therapy she'll need if we start calling her Sadsack.

Edit: since we're telling inappropriate stories, here's mine:

My mother has no boundaries at all. Last Christmas Husband and I were at her place. She knocked on the bedroom door in the morning and we shouted, No don't come in, everyone's naked! We were doing, um, that. She came in anyway, sat on the edge of the bed and chatted away to us for fifteen minutes, then asked, so I can see both your sets of shoulders. Are you actually naked? We said yes and she still didn't leave.

Me too. One of the worst things about having a baby is that my parents know we have had sex IYKWIM!!!:p

It's the law that you have to give them names that you would never give an older child!! So far we have traditionally used stinky, farty pants, shorty, poopy pants, starvin marvin, and good old smelly

Right, I'm off for a bath, my throat has started to hurt in that swollen-not-quite-sore-but-going-to-get-worse way which would explain the dizzyness, I can feel it in my ear too so no washing my hair.

it was about 2 in the morning and we had got a lift to his house and I was getting a taxi from there and had half an hour to spare so got comfortable in the living room and we heard footsteps after about 10 mins and he walked into the room while I was pulling up my jeans and Chris was doing up his buttons. Chris just said, 'alright Dad, Donnas just waiting for a taxi' and that was it. He went and put the kettle on and started talking to me about the weather :eek:

She deffo would not of turned it off! She is very nosey, and the 2nd time I met her she gave me a sexy corset thingy to wear to bed!! IT WAS USED ASWELL!!!


She always asks about my bowel movements, and tells me that I should do pelvic floor muscles, and press ups to keep my boobs firm....

I swear she is from a different planet, and I don't need to do pelvic floors either!!

MIL has one of those, I think it just came with the house coz they got it new - it's a wooden floor just like in the pic though, do the carpet peeps sell the matting stuff? MILs is looking a bit threadbare but it's too big for the standard sized mats you get in 'normal' shops

I'm going out for lunch 2mo and I reeeeaaally don't want too It's my Nan's 75th and granddads 80th this week (and their anniversary greedy present hogs ) I'm still very shy about feeding in public last place I feel like doing it is a pub that serves food on a sunday lunch, it'll be rammed in there! Hubby won't be there either.
I'm also wishing I'd been better giving Ed a bottle, then maybe I could have gone out for BILs b-day, IL's going to a posh restaurant in manchester (as usual) Its the only time I get to go out to a posh place each year, my memory of last time is fading fast maybe they'll take OH out for his in feb or his mum's also in feb coz she'll be the big five O, we should be sorted by then!!
