I don't know if anyone would be interested, but at www.approvedfoods.co.uk there's a case of 6 jars of Cow and Gate "Sunday Lunch" baby food for £1. Max two cases per customer.

P&P is fairly high, but you get up to 28kg of shopping. I've just done my best to get up to 28kg, and my £33 spend was over £90 below RRP, included everything I wanted for Christmas-time food and the stuff we always bring back after Christmas, and was still only 21kg.
Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
    Three gifts left to buy

well we had a horrible day - seth fell head first off the bed and we landed up in a&e getting him checked over  he is fine and tbh clearly was before we went but we thought it best to be safe than sorry! i dont know how he did it is the problem  i think he crawled over the stack of pillows i put around him to stop him falling off :( i feel terrible. we bought a toddler rail to stop him from doing it again but its so small!
the ideal thing would be to have him sleep in his ruddy cot but he flatly refuses to unless its night time  i was just happy he was sleeping in there at night quite happily but now theres another thing to tackle!

i dont think i will ever be able to let him out my sight ever again :o

  • Feelie - ((((((HUGS)))))) can't believe that you can't get the therapy you need because of child care problems - there are childminders out there that will do one day a week - I've just made similar arrangements for DD starting in October.

    Glam - I have a birthday twin - congratulations. :j

    Tigster - :j:j for Andrew moving :j:j

I never got into proper labour with DD - hind waters went at 8.20 am on the Friday morning, exit via sunroof at 5.19 on Saturday morning due to distress and lack of progress. Only got to 1cm dilated in all that time.

Getting excited now - 8 more sleeps and we're off - so much to do though it's scary.

Thank you for you input re Sunday. It's just nerve wracking when you've never done anything like it before.

  • Hiya All!!

One very tired but happy clan safe and sound back in MFD towers!!

We had a fantastic day - DSS was absolutely thrilled when we turned into Alton Towers (we had been distracting his attention from signposts all the way!!) and even went on one of the 'upside down' rides with me :D

10 Pages to catch up on...I will be back later once the baby is in bed.

    Hope everyone is well.

A little birdy told me that it's a certain wise woman's birthday on sunday, is this true?

On Sunday we are indeed celebrating a very special day 33 years ago when a star was born ;):D
