Found 'em. They are called sock ons.

Maz have you had your survey through for the koo-di seat yet? I expect they will only send us one thing to review at a time, so I want to give them my feedback so I can get back on the queue for something else!

Tara - I hope that helps. Can you get to speak to a doctor about it rather than the HV if they're not being any use?

Morning MM, X. Am mulling over today about whether or not to try Maddy on Infasoy, tried to get docs appointment and can only get next Monday so she will have an 8wk check not 6. Then tried to ring HV and there's no one there.
Glad you changed your mind about this^^ there is talk of banning soy infant milks due to the plant hormones contained in them
    Yay r.mac!

Sami, sounds like a blocked duct, pop Edgar on and slowly massage the affected area towards your nipple to get the milk moving through.... Blocked ducts can lead to mastitis but you'd know if you had it, you'd feel pretty rank...

Off to a fun day in a min if caitlyn ever stops feeding... Got to catch the dodgy bus so going to get the maclaren out the cupboard... Trouble is, the new cot is all piled in front of the cupboard...
Thanks hun, will follow guidance :D
I think I'm gonna start waking him at midnight again until I've decided on a new pump (boots one is parp!) He slpet 9pm - 8am last night which is lovely but again I woke up with mega full painful boobies
I remember seeing a while back about things you put over babies socks to stop them falling off? (Not shoes, before anyone says that ;) ) As it gets cooler she's going to have to wear them whether she likes it or not, and we're not ready for shoes just yet - I'm not keen on them until she is actually walking.

ooh I knew this but you found them :( what about just putting her in tights?

Right off to get my poor baby jabbed and hope that Chris copes ok with witnessing it:undecided

I think Sami is right, as always!
  • Good luck ED!!

For an occasional use pump, the Avent Isis IQ one is good. Mine broke after 8 weeks, but that was being used a lot. Don't think they are designed for that! The Manual one is good too, but not as good as the electric. I like my Symphony, but that is a bit excessive for occasional pumping. I'm just scared to send it back!

I'm getting tempted to hire the Symphony.. Would halve the expressing time and I'd probably get more.. Might help get the freezer stocks back up..

Have just "had words" with Rhys.. he was wailing for no particular reason when I was trying to express so I told him Mummy didn't like it when Rhys cries and he wouldn't get fed if he didn't give me time to express (due to there being no milk for his bottle - I'm not just not going to feed him! :o).. He furrowed his brow, did his sad face then gave me the biggest smile ever.. cheeky tyke!
