I find it doesn't matter how long the nap is as long as the mood that follows is nicer... Eg, caitlyn has been asleep on and off since 1ish aimee woke her once and then I needed to pop to the shop and she woke when I put her in the pram... And she was thoroughly miserable, crying every time the pram stopped and none stop when we got home... I've had to bring her back to bed for a nap... Yet sometimes she literally closes her eyes for 10mins and wakes up with beaming smiles!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

LO always woke up stuffy in the morning, but has grown out of it in the last month or so.
I have a baby in my bedroom, and usually in my bed! He does snore sometimes.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
thats true krystaltips. just tomos likes being held constantly if he's awake and its always boiling in my flat anyway. he's a gd substitute for a hot water bottle but i don't need one.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0

I have had all of my kids in their own room from very early...ds2 was the worst for snotty stuffed up breathing...he still is. dh suffers with sinusitis and I am pretty certain ds2 is also a sufferer...none of mine have been in my room past 2wks old;)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Child care questions...
Do most of you favour childminders over a nursey....also if I go and meet with some prospective carers, should I take the kids with me, or go on my own first and arrange a second visit with the kids?
I am probably going to keep coming on for reassurance now....I have only briefly used child care of any sort back when ds1 was a baby and it was only for 6mths...then after school club for ds1 and 2 last year but only two days a week......Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

As a nursery nurse, if I ever needed childcare, I'd use a childminder.
I think two visits is best, the first one you don't want to be distracted or attending to LO.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
