question: anyone used disposable bibs before? Wondering about how to keep luggage as light as possible and wondered if these would be an option. I don't fancy spending my holiday doing loads and loads of washing!

    Anyone any other tips?

Yes, I used them abroad and they are fantastic. They even had turn out crumb catchers! I would definately recommend them (even though not very MSE or eco-friendly but I don't have that many holidays! ;)).

Woohoo, I think Rhys has outgrown an item of Tiny Baby clothing :D They are only supposed to be upto 6lbs mind you  Will have to try him in the cow print in the morning, but I think the cow print phase may be over :(
  • Ladybird - primark had long sleeved vests in today if you are still looking for them.

Weezl - they also had coloured leggings in a variety of hues.

The fairies were going to purchase both but I realised that if I spent the afternoon buying things that everyone else wants I won't be able to carry stuff for me too!!!

    Nope - just the once!!

I am currently looking. I am thinking maybe the canaries because the breeze will be good for keeping Benjamin cool in the shade but me and hubby can still get some sun.
I just need to go! It is a year since we were last away (don't shoot me guys it is a long time for us :o)

That's perfect! Arm across the top of babes head, lean forward to tilt nipple down, backwards to tilt nipple up, shuffle a bit, adjust pillows and voila - safely sleeping mommy and baby :D

I'm alive! Been sitting fuming about those little nasty kids at the park earlier.

It's just made me more determined that we need to move away from here, no-one round here cares about their kids, the mothers & fathers are utter scum, so the kids follow.

I'm dreading Keira starting nursery next week, what if she gets picked on, or someone makes her cry? The kids going there will be from said scummy parents, and I don't think my head could take it if she came home in bite marks or swearing! (my sister went to that nursery and on the whole it is good, good teachers etc, and they do sort out the bad kids but one of them was a nightmare and he bit my sister so hard it broke the skin THROUGH a cardigan)

Anyhow, I don't want to come across like I'm a perfect parent, far from it, and yes I utter the odd swear word, like when I see the cat has nicked beef that I was about to cook for tea, but I'd never even consider swearing at Keira, and I see parents round here screaming out the windows calling their kids C**** and B****** and it just makes me sad. I hate those feral children that are out to all hours, age 5 if not younger, this is NOT an area for that, junkies, cars flying in, right beside a main road.

I despair! We couldn't even get a mortgage because OH only earns about 24k before bonuses. Maybe get a bedsit ;)
