Thanks September 09, I'm feeling really positive at the moment, made another payment today should have been £166 but I rounded it up to £200 - yayyyy!
You can tell it was only pay day on friday! Although it was my first wage since starting a new job with increased wages, so I've took advantage of the extra money
I'm also trying to gather my APR's so far the highest is the Very Catalogue with a whopping 39.7% - robbing so and so's! Managed to get balance down to £850 now, def making a point of chucking any extra pennies at it, I want a balance of 0 and to close the account!
Its so brill to see a difference in my balances i.e. Nationwide at its highest was £750 thats now £395 and Very catalogue was over £1500 at one point and is now down to £850. I'm really excited about how close to zero i'm getting - is that not just a bit sad? lol
Thanks for reading everyone!:j6 debts cleared since joining MSE:j:eek: Remaining debts... Very / Halifax Loan/ A&L / Virgin cc / Lloyds / Sister :smileyheaGetting Married 04.12.10 - The MSE way :smileyhea:dance: Making this house a home :dance:0 -
Hi all,
I'm slightly confused this evening, I rang Barclays this morning and made a payment on my car loan (actually paid more than the minimum payment) and then tonight they have rang my parents house (my previous address) asking for me. I'm sure its nothing to worry about but I dont get why they are phoning, and also why they are contacting my parents. I had to confirm my address and telephone number to them this morning so I know they have the correct details, plus I have lived at my current address for 2 years now?
Tried phoning them but the office is now closed, so will try tommorow.:j6 debts cleared since joining MSE:j:eek: Remaining debts...
