Yeay Wol, loving the warm cosy feeling - and just in time for winter! x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Hello
My two escaped from their run, and i have spent two hours under the bed capturing them.
poor little wosits, I was terrified they would bite through a wire etc. Mind you they did get a lot of exercise(and I never realised how well I moved under the bed!!) and now safely shut up in their cage.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
Hi Wol
Glad to hear the piggies are on the up and that things are getting better in Wol-world, you're sounding much better. That Nandina looks a lovely plant - what a vivid colour - I think a plant above animals is great - a shame we can't do the same when people pass on, would be much better than a lump of stone or marble.
Geese are very good a mowing the lawn but their shouts (especially in spring) might terrify the piggies. And I guess they would not be allowed under your poulty covenant anyway.
All this talk of angel delight and I realise I have never had angel delight in my life- I must have been deprived as a child -I must take this up with Mom as her lack of angel delight could have caused me to grow up a less well-rounded individual!
Hope beech and muffin are on the up soon too.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

i love angel delight but hate strawberry anything, so butterscotch is my absolute favourite. maybe there's a link between angel delight and piggie owners.0

Morning peepies :hello:
After such a lovely sunday I am now a woman on a mission.
I am applying myself vigorously to my work this week and have set myself the target to cacth up on all clients by end of the month (might be a tad unrealistic here...but I will try as I need to invoice as much as possible). Then I can spend November concentrating on the accounts (for the tax man...:p), starting up a proper fitness programme and finishing the garden.
December I will start on the inside of the house and first thing will be to clear all the cobwebs so poor KC and Numpty don;t get the fright of their lives next time they visit...I hadn;t realised the level of arachnoid activity that had been going on...sorry peeps
My case is now with the Omudsman's adjudicator...a very nice man who I talked to today who apparently has a 4" thick file to read through before he can make a decision (mine is one of the larger volume complaints they have received apparently )
Other than another V.E.T trip today (Ginger has an eye problem and Muffin and Beech are not improving so need to discuss next steps) I shall be working.
Hopefully this forecast Indian summer over the next few days (yippee :j) will dry the grass out for one last hack with the mower (and piggies!) ....shame I can;t employ your geese Tixy....although the large section of grass outside my property that I upkeep is no-man's land so perhaps the poultry covenenant wouldn;t apply
Hugs to all and enoy your day....with or without Angel delight

I have some Sainsbo's imitation angel delight - sachet was 9p - and I only ever ate it as a student, I shall be experimenting tonight! Thats a good plan, Wol (especially clearing the cobwebs
) what are you going to do for fitness? I have that bellydancing class starting on 11 November, and I want to do a little bit of limbering up before then.......

Ooh KC
I'd quote forgotten about your impending new activity.......looking forward to hearing what happens and picking up a few tips
Top totty not rung yet...will chase tomoz........
My fitness will involve getting back into a proper routine on the bike (in the lounge), the rowing machine (buried under all the boxes in one of the bedrooms), the ab exerciser (somwhere in the loft) and the "new-haven;t-ordered-it-yet-but-must-do-so-before-the-VAT-hike-and-I-get-Quidco, -ex-demo-discount-previous customer discount-and-CC-cashback" cross trainer (i.e. i save an absoute fortune :T:j:D). All to be relocated to Piggie palace once the strong arm boys turn up with the yet-to-be-ordered cross trainer to assemble it (and oh boy were they some totty that turned up last time with the bike:cool::drool::drool::drool:....taking early reservations now girls, first come first served and all that :rotfl:)

Quickie update:
Ginger has ulcer on eye....on antibiotics but may need debridement so booked in for friday evening. Lady vet has taken away info on heart meds for further consideration ref Muffin (and also Beech). Bless her, she is very friendly with a piggie breeder so is very interested in cavy medicine.:T
Beech going in for X ray tomoz for an everything check (he is still in pain on the inside of his leg - concerned it may be an adhesion from the nadgering, We're also checking if he is a heart pig in view of the rather noisy rattling even though there is no real evidence of a respiratory infection and he's now floating very unpleasant air biscuits _pale_:rotfl:)
However as of tonight, I'm now also taking Fleure with me as weight is being lost again so suspect one of the kidney stones has worked its way downwards and needs removing. Hey ho....back to syringe feeding (but away from Gromnmie as the baby food stuff I feed Fleure has potato in it which I found out yesterday gives Grommie his windy tummy... so he's had more Infacol tonight...oh no more air biscuits _pale_:rotfl:)
Mental note not to light a fag tonight......I can just see the headlines tomorrow....
