Have had a thoroughly bad day today..I was supposed to get up at 6am this morning to be at a breakfast meeting in bham city centre at 8am..I slept through the alarm and woke up at 8.40am:eek: had to go to the casino anyway for a seminar about social media (I had paid for it) so got the bus to town and then being a lazy beggar got a cab to the casino (I couldnt face the long walk in the cold rain), eventually picked up my new business cards and got some free help with my website at the same time, came home put the heater on and curled up on the sofa.

    Not had dinner yet.

I don't think I have an immune system Wol - (uveitis is an auto-immune disease), it was shot to pieces after the gall bladder/liver infection incident as I spent 12 months on antibiotics. I need to go and have my chest xrayed and will probably go tomorrow..couldnt face it today as I didnt fancy walking to the hospital especially as my tootsies have blisters on them after being forced into boots (have been wearing crocs for 4 weeks now).

Am off to find some dinner now - a ready meal bunged in the microwave as I can't be bothered to cook real food.

    Great payment to barclaycard....well done.

Yes me and two kids had whooping cough..it was years ago....Baby was 6 weeks old, next one was 14 1/2 months old .We were in isolation wards at the hospital....none of us could sleep lay down..it was awful...it was many many years ago as those two kids are now strapping men aged 28 and 27..lol...though both ended up with learning difficulties..which I think was caused by the whooping cough.
I have suffered a couple of bouts of pleurisy since then usually when about 6 months pregnant....but quite healthyish now ...
