Massive hugs Natty - I really hope lodgercat shows some improvement soon.
We've got some problems with Stripes....she's been sick rather badly and keeps trying to have a wee but nothing is happening. Hoping it's not stones. She's settled in her basket now but it looks like i'll have to pop to the vets tomorrow as we're supposed to be going away for a week on Saturday. Hopefully she'll be vastly improved by the morning. Animals!!! Who'd have them!!!! (ok, most of us, lol).
Flying =
- washed dog bed that I washed yesterday after stripes was sick on it
- washed spare bed that I washed yesterday after stripes was sick on that too
(i've given her a towel to lie on now!!!)
- 2 x washing load
- washed DD's smelly trainers
- s/s kitchen
- made sure DS's room was still tidy
- worked
- walked dogs
That's it for me today. I've got a lovely sore throat ready to go away with. I WILL be better by tomorrow morning!!
Hugs to all xx0 -
I'm so sad I have nowhere to go if I did run away.. I tried several months ago ended up walking the streets for hours with nowhere to go..
.. if it ever comes to that again I'm hopping on a train and coming to bug on of you lot.. lol...
Thats like me - part of the problem is here and the problem knows where i live so I have no where else to go - except to my family who are 500 miles away, but are coincidently - THE OTHER HALF OF THE PROBLEM!!!!!
Next time you want to run away, come here. Its great for the kids and pretty views....in a village with 15 pubs! Then when someone comes to the door, you can answer it and send them away!!!! :rotfl: Tell them there has been a mistake and you have lived here for years.
Ok - have decluttered a glass of wine and caught up on the thread.
Hugs to lodgercat..... I hope the Vet can help xxx
Hugs all round to every one else xxSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

Have spent the afternoon watching a variety of planes strut their stuff. Did minimal personal flying. Got a box of chocolates from a complete stranger because I'm doing him a favour tomorrow night by getting the Reds' autographs on something for him.
Am now about to demolish dinnerI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

15 pubs? I'll be there tomorrow!!! lol
Family are just the best aren't they.. more trouble than they are worth yet we still love them... most frustrating.. Are you the one they know exactly where you live as long as they want something?
Laundry in off the line.. few bits just airing in the dryer the rest is folded ready to put away tomorrow.. kitties and catties all feeded and watered the little 3 almostragged the dishes frommy hand.. I think they were starving!
When the TD's are done I am reloading them with the WM contents so I can reload those too.. I would have hung it out but it looks very much like it will rain overnight.
I'll nag DD1 to unload and reload the DW.. other than a bit of shopping she has done nothing all day.. oh.. and she needs to shift her dirty stuff from the bathroom floor!
Little 4 all bathed and flea combed.. 2 had the tiniest barely visible bugs so hopefully they are clear... for once.. we have it down to hous that they will be back at school before they pick up more lol.
XH is saying he can't have the children this weekend, not even for a few hours and he would have them a night or 2 during the week... well it is Friday in less than 3 hours and he hasn't had them yet! I see an ear-aching coming on! .. it isn't like I don't see enough of them I being the summer holidays and all!!
We are looking at a trip to Sundown with them one day in the next couple of weeks if it is forecast to be nice.. we've not been for ages and I love it.. we looked at Flamingoland but it is criminally expensive.. £23 per person over 4.. with 15 of us going it is a little pricey! Plus petrol and food.. I'm bankrupt just thinking about it!

Pigpen have you really got 2 wm and 2td ? How much wash powder do you get through in a week? Is that the reason you put your washing out at night cos you have so much of it all? There are 4 of us, 1 in washable nappies and I do prob 2 loads a day and I thought that was a lot. Obviously I'm just a novice!Cross Stitch Challenge Member ?Number 2013 challenge = to complete rest of millenium sampler.0
