Good toots, glad to hear you are not doing a lot, there are other web sites like the one I sent you a link for, re your SIL horse, ask SIL what 'hands' it is, she is likely to say 15hh or 16hh or what ever and buy for that size, or better still, I would suggest buy stuff that is not height related, ie grooming brushes, feed nets, hoof oil and such like, but it depends on how much you want to pay.

Also it might be an idea to get it delivered direct to her, to save you having to move it again if it is a heavy item you have ordered. But I do like their sale section!!

Afternoon! It's really hot here so my bedding is now all washed and dried and a second wash load is nearly done. I now have no more washing :D Currently watching the GP!
froddy the more I think about it I have kind of been doing the 101 thing with my list of jobs except I havent a time limit. Are you doing the MSE one or the original?

The idea behind the lists is the same for both Toots - I've not yet decided where to post my list or whether I will do a blog for it

Triker - glad you are feeling better

crafty - I gave up after the first phrase :o :rotfl:

rach - hugs; please take it easy
Oh I nearly forgot - my lovely DF who I has been the bestest friend for 30 + years has offered to help with Mum and Dad's move next week and also lent me her boys to help in the garden on Bank Holiday Monday - I nearly cried when told me!!
This is the sort of friendship where we don't hear or speak for several months but when we do it is just like we saw each other everyday and we always have a laugh.

Brilliant news :D What a great friend and family :T

The weather is looking good for me getting to Reading and putting my tent up in the dry :j Rain forecast for Weds, but that's ok. Will be so much better than last time I went 2 years ago when parts of the site were flooded and half a campsite was out of use!

Have decluttered more ibuprofen and some tranexamic acid and I have had to change what was on the bottom half of me. Still, am in a black skirt now...and things should be slowing down.
Have stood and ironed but now too how as I had the fan blowing on me!
CBA to do much else though.
Clearly contact with neice (albeit not close) has NOT resulted in us getting swine flu - it's taken her about 10 days so I think it must have been SF and her hamster has gone back now!

  • 000203D4.gif Hello flyfriends. Still way behind on the thread but I promise to do better next week. Spent my morning washing and ironing. Kids all set for school tomorrow:T. All 3 of them away to a birthday party with OH so I'm sitting on my butt for a wee while now.

    Evening everyone
at the tail end again!!! been a bit sore today as the infection is active but got the antibiotics started so hopefully fingers crossed touch wood and anything else i can think of it will get rid of the infection properly!!!
-FFp - was wondering about you - well done with your lists AND painting -

Hi Toots. how you feeling now honey? Are the antibiotics helping yet?
I've been busy got the front hall done and have been cleaning, washing ironing. Lists finished (better late than never:o). DD1 was taken to hospital on Friday night by ambulance. He fell off his bike and smacked his head off the railings! He's ok and they let him go after a couple of hours. He just missed being thrown off his bike on to the main road the railings stopped him!

Afternoon all, not much flying done here apart from the dailies but most of the house is looking ok :D will have to do some work in the kitchen some time today .
I have been in the garden which has become very neglected over the past few weeks the blackberry bush has finally fruited again (have had no fruit for years, but i have started cutting it back and trying to keep it under control ). I have also collected lots and lots of pods off my sweet peas so will try to grow some seedlings from them :D also need to find some info about strawberry plants so will head off for a look on the greenfingered board.
Flying wise beds have been made, kids cats and puppy fed, toilets cleaned, litter trays done, quick tidy of the LR, loaf of bread made :D(flour was BBE feb 09 so hope it is still ok:rolleyes:).
Hugs to all that need them, and healthy vibes sent to the poorlies.x

It's the mathematicians round here that really scare me  Oh yes can relate to that too - my brother is a Doctor of physics and latterly worked as an actuary:eek:

The house next door changed hands on Friday. The previous owner had been in a home for several years. The new people are in today and it's very strange hearing noises coming through the wall, didn't realise how used I had got to not hearing anything.
Mind you I don't think they are actually moving in - the house will need upgrading first.
I know exactly what you mean aunty. I think thats why i am taking so bad to the partying thats going on - the last lad lived alone and was so quiet. I hope you get nice neighbours.
