    Hi Taxi!

Glad to see that things are looking positive in general: yay to debt-freeness and what about Scotland for a holiday? OK, it's not *technically* England, but find me a city more beautiful than Edinburgh and drives more gorgoeous that through the Highlands, and I'll eat a sporan!

Well done on the weight loss, BTW. I ate like a pig yet still managed to loose a pound last week. I don't want to see what the scales will say this Monday as I'm currently on my second large glass of white wine, accompanied by a large slick of little brother's birthday chocolate fudge cake. (And that's just for starters...).

Keep on going as you are doing brilliantly! :D x

I think it's like everything: depends when you go and how nice you want it to be. When I went it was during the Fringe and my friend and I booked into what are normally student halls (we were students outselves at the time) and they were probably as good as any basic hotel twin room. If you look well in advance you could probably get some decent deals. Or a Travelodge! :rotfl: I guess if you were looking to spend a week of more you could look for a holiday home/appartment of some description. Basically, I think it just depends on what you are looking for. x

You've got ages to think about it. Who knows? By then you may just want a cabin in the Highlands in the middle of absolutely nowhere to get away from it all...mmm...:)
