    thanks all..lol

I had a walk to Lidl and bought a bread mix and it's now baking in the machine..just to test it works...it makes 2 country loaves(large) and was only 99p not organic but I'll just have a taste....lol..

Am just going to chill out the rest of the week but I will probably be found in the baking aisle of tescos at some point..lol
  • Wow - thanks so much everyone for your good wishes (and prayers, macgirl and DT:rotfl::rotfl:). Off to clock up a few more steps before bed I think. Enjoy the bread, Taxi! x

Firstly Lenza..good luck for tomorrow..the agony of waiting is awful...

I have had a great day today....

The Macmillan form came today ..so filled it in..it was easy....so that I could take it to the BCN after scan. - wow that came through quick

With the time before the scan...I managed to do the banking and pick up my new Panassonis SD255 breadmaker... I'm adding myself to the sample list please

Then went for scan and was told there and then there were no nasties...hooorah!!!!!!!That is the most amazing news

Then took the form to BCN office ..she wasn't there ..so left it with one of the other BCNs- gd, hand delievering you know they have got it

Then as my mate with cancer lived by the hospital...popped to hers for a much needed brew and chatter as you do. - Hope shes going on ok,

Whilst I was there my BCN phoned to say that she was just filling the rest of the form in..so I asked about my chest x ray....and that is all clear too...hoorah!!!!!...Double, triple, congratulations

Put the phone down and there was a voice message from the consultants secretary....bless her....telling me that consultant had filled the form in and it was sent in this afternoons post....Hooray!!!!!!! Thats amazing at least its one step closer, and one step closer for OH to cut his hours

So a very positive, happy day today .....I feel on top of the World....Brilliant

Not many battles to go now....

Thursday...I will phone the insurance to see if they have the letter and also go to complimentary therapy appointment - sounds lovely and relaxing
Friday...Go to hospital have dye put in....then have beasty removed and sentinel nodes - don't ask for the vodka flavour!!
Saturday...home to be pampered and waited on hand and foot ...lol(hopefully) Hope theres someone with you at home on Saturday

Tuesday and Wednesday free days...no plans at all yet...may or may not do something exciting ..lol

I have not bought any stuff for breadmaker yet but have read the book and it looks easy peasy....but I'll wait until I see the results first ..lol

Hope everyone has had a good day x

Really glad that its been such a positive day all round, xx

Firstly Lenza...my thoughts and good wishes are with you today..good luck hun xxxx

Secondly....the bread was lovely...all 3 of us gave it the thunb up..it was really nice with the right texture and the right crust...so I now know that with that mix we can have a lovely proper quality loaf for about 50p from that mix...it was like one of those proper ones off the bakers stand in tesco etc....but will be making my own organic ones when I get the stuff.
I need to find something to wrapt it in or store it in to keep it fresh..

Thirdly..just got the post and it was all tax stuff (boo costs money) but at least DHS medical and CRB aren't due this year...so just the cost of the badge then on that score and of course all the stuff for the pits test!!!!!

I don't know what is planned for today but it's DHs day off..so will wait until he gets up and see what he fancies doing.

Need to update the accounts as haven't done them for a few days.

Hope everyone has a good day x

Thank you both very much x

Glad the bread got the tumbs up - I never had a problem keeping it fresh, it never hangs around long enough, :D Hope you and DH have a lovely day off, whatever you do with it.
