    Taxi - I've been away for a few days and was so shocked to read your news. I'm so sorry it wasn't better news but you are handling in a positive way and I really think that is part of the battle. I am so glad that the Critical Care policy will pay out and relieve some of the financial pressure. I have a policy and your story just confirms why.

    As the others have said, just think about yourself, accept help, write down questions if you have any so you don't forget them when you go to the appointment, claim every benefit you are entitled to and I remember my friend claiming or certainly getting a discount for car parking at the Hospital.

    Most importantly though give yourself time to deal with everything that is going on in your head, don't read the internet and just listen to the Doctors and when you want to cry - cry! My MIL had breast cancer and has been in remission for over 5 years now. She also had the radiation and she recovered very well.

    Bigs hugs from me xx

    Gosh I read your diary earlier - I come back and you have appointments, appointments, appointments!

    Carp that you need them I know, but know that you wanted all tests and scans ASAP so for you I am happy.

    Now you can get properly on that road of treatment followed by the yellow brick road to wellness!

    There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

    Hi Taxi

    Havent; read up on your diary for a few days - but sent you a PM with some info ;)

    Stay strong Hun....:grouphug::grouphug:

    These are all necessary (if frightening :eek:) procedures/tests...but they need to do these things in order to RULE STUFF OUT (i.e. not try to give you more angst to cope with IYSWIM)

    Here in Wol household we are hoping we have read the signs correctly and are currently thinking you have a fantastic NHS team supporting you who are doing ALL THE RIGHT THINGS - even though it is it completely scarey re types of tests (gulp :eek:)....cos they are being diligant :T:T

    All fingers and paws crossed here for good outcomes....:beer:
    And "Oi MISSUS!!!" Keep the faith :kisses3: :D

    Loads of piggie snuffles and kisses headed your way
