Well i brought up the whole my old pushchair issue with my mum today. it is really arkward as she bought it and spend a good couple of hundreds on it but i don't want to use it and sell it on as (not that she knows yet) i have bought a new lighter one that lies flat. The one she bought me was lovley at the time (4 years ago) but it is big and heavy and doesn't lie flat.
i said to her i didn't know what to do with/ about it as one wheel wonky shopping basket is broke and it doesn't lie flat etc and she went very quiet all she said was that she can't see me walking taking ds to school and she bets i will go in the car. But i can't as the only nearest place to park is still quite far away and i would have to either carry the baby in my arms from the car to the school or carry it in the car seat which can get heavy and i am having a section so can't drive anyway for the first few weeks. I think she will be really offended if i sell it as i bet i won't get much for it.

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies and thanks for your advice on morning or as it should be called all day sickness:rolleyes:, thankfully today i've had a sickness free (mostly) day just hope it lasts.
You ladies need to stop talking about food now i'm starving, i'm fancying chilli for tea but havent got the stuff in to make it.
Fishcake just been looking at your edd i think i'll be due around then too, i'm also NOT looking forward t having blood taken, had to have it done loads with my first and bruised like i dont know what.

Ohhhhh share the pic!!! I can't wait till I have my bump and then I can be a proper pregnant lady and not a moany person with a dicky tummy. My Hipp organic pack arrived today which was really cool as I`m in such an overly baby mood today. Lots of leaflets and a car sticker and a wall thermometer (sp?) etc to coo over.
I keep imagining that I have a bump already, if I lay flat I can definately see some bumpness but at 11-12 weeks isn't that early and wishfull thinking???

Pookie thats a lovely bump your tummy looks so well toned id be showing it off all the time if mine looked like that :-)

Well had another unproductive appointment with the doctor they cant or wont do anything about the pain im in on my inside leg even though it has now got to the stage where i can barely walk. Just gave me another prescription for paracetomol. I also asked about getting my injection prescription for my home birth to be met by oh we dont do that i cant be giving prescriptions for injection out just like that your midwife has to arrange it. This has annoyed me as the midwife said i needed to arrange it with the doc. Anyway midwife is going to speak to the doctor tomorrow so hopefully i will be able to pick it up tomorrow evening or Monday morning.

Three2b so sorry your still having problems as the other have rightly said call NHS direct or if your very worried then just go straight to A & E even if its just to put your mind at rest :-)

Fishcake i had a lovely little round bump at twelve weeks so you may very well have. Enjoy being able to get in your clothes for a little longer you will be missing them in a few weeks time :-) xx
