Hello and congrats to all who have had their bundles of joy.. Suzy love the name so beautiful!!
We have names down to Jessica, Savannah and Brooke at the moment but seriously cannot decide.. as we always had Max for a boy, why are girls so hard ha ha.
Just ordered my Tesco shopping on-line, fab to see how much your spending going to get into habit for when bump is here so I have no trips to make.. Also then got carried away and ordered dominos for us..
My tummy has been getting really hard this week, found out bump loves R&B today was driving roof down, music blaring getting kicked like anything..
Just realised how short my dress was for work today as bump hitched it up, woops xxReceived £2,626.00 in PPI -2013:j

Thanks girls, glad it's not just me that would be put out.
Not much I can do about it now though, it's her birthday the following week and she is going clubbing. I hope she is not doing it just because I said I couldn't go clubbing at 37 wks. I didn't think she was like that, but it was her suggestion to go out for my birthday so it is a bit odd that she is the one to cancel.
Anyway, hopefully me and another mate will go and have a lovely time. If not I will save my pennies towards some new jeans for the figure that I am likely to get once baby is born. I think it is a tad optimistic to hope that I am back in my size 0's this side of Christmas so I am planning a trip to the nearby Gap Outlet store to stock up once baby is in a bit of a routine. going to train her to like shopping from an early age.

Hey Glam - thought I would come on here to reply to you about your growth scan.
If baby's head is engaged they will not be able to tell what size it is. It depends on how far down the head it but without the head circumference they won't even hazard a guess.
When I went for a growth scan at 39 weeks (I was measuring 43cm ) I was gutted that they could actually tell me nothing! The sonographer said that baby would be '8lb - give or take a couple of lbs' so anywhere between 6lb and 10lb then - I could have guessed that
Anyway - just thought I would let you know so that you don't come down to earth with a bump likeI did (pardon the pun!!)

Don't know if this will work (am useless with technology) hopefully you can see pics of Oscar.
I cannot remember a lot about the birth, I think I am finding it to traumatic to deal with at the moment. Basically had to stay in hospital as they thought I had a flesh eating bug in my scar:eek: thankfully it is just a very nasty infection which has totally washed me out and left me with a hole in my scar which is having daily treatment from district nurse, 2 injections a day to try to stop blood clots, iron tablets, antibiotics and pain meds. The midwives, staff and NICU staff at Kings Lynn hospital were amazing. Yes he is worth it and it is very unusual for this to happen and hopefully in another 2 weeks most of it will be behind me.
It took 14 mins for Oscar to be resusitated and he was under special care for 5 days, all seems well and he has a follow up appointment in October.
OH has taken an extra week off work as I am finding things difficult.
Sorry that turned into a long post:oDS 16/04/1989DD 22/02/1994:TDS 07/08/2009:j0 -
Thanks MFD - I'm only 35 weeks so am hoping he's not engaged yet!
Last time I calculated it based on abdo circumference.
Mum just rang - she is coming tomorrow
Her dad has had a stroke (I don't really know her parents that well) and she was supposed to be goign to them tomorrow and then come here but now she wants to come here and go visit him Thursday or Friday when they know more.
