    Morning,

Boo to no new babies to coo over! Come on ladies... :)

32b so sorry things don't seem to be getting any better for you, hope you have a really lovely scan today to cheer you up a bit :)

Gill glad the bleeding seems to have calmed down - I've heard of lots of ladies bleeding during pregnancy and all being perfectly fine so try not to let yourself worry too much.

I'd better stop lazing and get dressed - keep being rudely awoken in the early hours with a blocked nose and an incessent need to sneeze, driving me insane I'm SO tired! Got a job list today consisting of ringing a load of garages, woo hoo. I wish I loved cars like my OH does, he shows me pictures, I say yes or no, then he gives me a list to ring and enquire about!! Apparently there are lots of bargains around at the moment in the pre registered market - I wonder if he's just telling me this to try and convince me of buying the car he wants rather than something v sensible?! Anyone know the difference between a car having Isofix seats and Isofix brackets? I've never seen one say 'brackets' before so wondering if it's different?

    xxx

    Morning all

I'm still here too with not a twinge in sight. Looks like it'll be induction for me. Good luck ML if I don't get back on and good luck 32b for your scan. I can only hope I go in today, she pops out very quick and I can be home in my own bed tonight.

Hugs to all and I'll be back with news as soon as I can. xxx

Just called the hospital to see if I really really have to go in cos my temp is fine etc. They gonna call me back. I'm sure they'll say yes though cos I've had no contractions at all. Least I've had a good nights sleep! Gonna check my bag contents now cos I only really packed it half heartedly hoping I wouldn't need it!!

If I don't come back on, you know they've said yes, go in for 10. Hugs xxx

  • I take it there's no way you can remain at home? (you were booked for a HB??) I guess once they start with the induction you have to be on monitors? Was just wondering if a MW could monitor while you're just at the pessary stage.

I'm the same with the bag - it's half done, half all over the sitting room.

Jam - you don't HAVE to go into the hospital if you truly don't want to (they can't make you). It's up to you to listen to doctor's/MW's advice and make your own decisions about the birth.

Thought I was going to have to stay late at work today due to an afternoon meeting, but came in to discover that that meeting is 2 weeks away - yay! I'm such a nerd, was just unhappy b/c it's a soup w/ lentils for dinner which take ages to make and would've been right grumpy if I had gotten home late to start it! :p
