Oh, thanks for that. I knew it was better to sleep on your left side for blood flow but never knew it was a good position for baby to be in. When not transverse, baby had favoured my left side all the way through, so much so that the right side of my bump is empty save for 2 little feet wedged into my right ribs.

Yep, it'll come when its ready lol The only thing that all midwifes seem to agree on is that a bit of hanky panky gets things moving
  • Lol, yep, have told DH that! Seeing as leaning over something is also good for getting babies in position I've suggested he take advantage in the kitchen :D

    Morning all,

Jillie – good luck. I know you are probably already away, but everything goes well for you. We haven’t had to send labour vibes to anyone for ages as no-one has been going that late for a while! :j

SJ – If you are not back on before, hope you have a lovely wedding and honeymoon. It’s making me think of mine which was only a year ago. Enjoy every minute and savour your honeymoon as it will be your last holiday as a couple of a while! :D

Bear – Happy anniversary. Lovely of your DH to surprise you with breakfast and the day off. Have a nice relaxing day.

Kindof – congrats on getting your freebie chair.

Lou – that pram looks lovely! There are so many different ones, so don’t worry that no-one else here has one. No-one else has the one I have either. My SIL is looking at a Concord Neo – anyone any opinions on this?

Gymfiend – yes, add your pram to the list even if you haven’t bought it yet. I am sure some of the other girls have.

Csh – you can share my date if you want! In fact, maybe I could go a few days earlier just so there’s not so much of a gap on the EDD list!!

ML – glad you are ok and they let you back out of hospital and the HB is still on. Fingers crossed you won’t have long to go. Get bouncing on your gym ball if you have one as that should encourage the baby into the best position I think.

Elasti – sorry you have a sore tummy. Was the pain constant and how long did it last for? I had been getting very severe pains and ended up going to hospital one night – the pain was lasting for half an hour so don’t think it was BHs as they shouldn’t be sore. It was at the top of my bump though. Anyway, I now think it was to do with indigestion and the only thing that helped was making myself sick. Just in case this sounds like what you are experiencing as you said you felt sick too.

GISI – shame you are getting acid reflux now. If Gaviscon doesn’t help, Harley recommended something called Omeprazole, and I got Ranitidine from the doctors on Monday. I haven’t been bothered with it since, and hoping it has also stopped my problem listed above.

Sami - didn't even know she was pregnant! Sparrow? And for a boy?! I think Thrush would have been better and more appropriate for pregnancy!

Have I missed anyone???!! I hope not. Had a good laugh at all of your dreams, and at the notes your midwife put Csh!
