Ooh Princess - you are date buddies with Glam and Xmas! Are you on the EDD list or not bothered?

I think I need to practice my breathing and stuff which we covered last week. The physio is really nice, but she doesn't explain things very well. There were a lot of blank faces around the room when she was trying to describe diaghramatic breathing. Will have a look on the web and see if I can find anything as it's meant to be important to conserve energy!

Not sure either if I'm allowed to say although suppose I don't see why not.... Anyway it's Betty's Bakes, if you google that you should find me at the top!!

Just catching up but thought I'd reply to this before I forgot.

Had a weird day and kinda glad it's over and I can go to bed soon!

I want cake now! Wondered where you were today!

I love the bumble bee ones - EA - there are Superman ones!!!

Offically im not due till the 17th september but as im an elective sun-roof delivery - im in a week early so it's the 10th, DF did want the 9th so he had no excuses not to forget her birthday 09/09/09:rotfl: but they dont do sections on a wednesday here so the 10th it is.

I dont mind being added to the list. If someone can add me.

Those cales are stunning - wish i was as talented as that, do you do decorated cookies at all, im on the hunt but refuse to pay almost £40 for a couple.

    Yay to date buddies

As for breathing - we have been told to breathe normal but focus on the breathing (none of this panting breathing). She said to visualise the word
    RELAX
Breathe in on RE and out on LAX
    Or
Breathe in (count 1,2,3) and out on 4 - out breath should be longer with a slight pause before you breathe in again.

Need to just teach that techniwue to OH so he can remind me when I'm in labour!

Off to bed in a minute - might as well make a start on the eviction plan ;)

Ooh SJ I'm in Leeds too, which hospital are you at? I'm at St James' at the mo but trying desperately to get switched to the LGI!

Well I'm hoping for a home birth. I have a friend who works in both Jimmy's and LGI and she has advised me to go to Jimmy's if at all possible. How come you want to go to LGI?

I'm back at the midwife tomorrow so hoping to discuss HB with her then

I'm due the 22nd but cos I've got gestational diabetes I'm down for Induction at 38+2.

I asked for 09/09/09 but it was full :rotfl:

Am hoping that with my eviction plan (that can now start tomorrow - only 1 hour of August left to go!! :j) I can go on my own instead of being induced!
