Congratulations Fitzilian on the birth of Alfie!
Love Mel xxXxx0 -
Congrats to Fitzilian!
I totally empathise with the laziness vibe today, I painted two rooms on Saturday and had planned to do some more yesterday or today but OH sulked so ended up sitting on my butt for 2 days doing nothing, and feeling tired because I hadn't done anything. Also had problems sleepiong cos been napping through not doing nything.
(Warning- TMI)Also think my antibiotics have helped me develop thrush which is driving me crazy as I don't know what I can and can't do to treat it. Have resorted to a cold clean cloth to try and soothe it but not sure it is doing anything to help at all.
MIL and FIL just came over and burst in to tears talking to MIL about OH not wantging to do anything and not being able to get on, she was really nice about it and kept trying to reassure me, but i just feel like an emotional wreck.
I hate feeling like this and am sure its due to no sleep and feelijng a bit poorly, I want to go back to being happy pg again!!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

Well, I made it back! Actually got home at around 1pm, but took a long bath to de-airplane and then a nap so I felt more human again. I hate coming back from the US, as it's always overnight and sleeping is rarely possible. Ankles now the size of balloons, but DH (such a sweetie today) bought me some Epsom salts so I'm getting ready to go soak them as they're seriously grossing me out. Of course, I wish I had all day tomorrow to sleep, but unfortunately it's back to work straight away for me! At least it's an easy desk job and nothing strenuous...top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

Congratulations Fitzilian. Can't wait to see photos when you get the chance.boogellyboo wrote: »Gisi if your still around which glider did you go for? Ive been thinking about one for nursing belly monkey but the way my hips and back are at the minute I thought getting it early so I can start using it now might be good.
I made the mistake of sitting in a rocker at Ikea yesterday and my mum had to hoist me out! I was begging my dad to push me round on a flat bed trolley by the end as I could barely walk. (He refused, meenie!)
I got the Tutti Bambini GC35 from Mothercare when they were having a 10% off weekend. It's so comfy, especially when my back and hips really ache. Today I've been sat with my V pillow behind and my feet up- it's been great.Well, I made it back! Good to see you back Aless. Hope the soaking helps your ankles. Really rotten to have to go straight back to work. Don't they know us pregnant ladies need our rest!
Gemma have you tried natural yogurt on the thrush? It's supposed to work wonders.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Our bedroom is being done first so I can put moses basket in - that's all that needs doing in there. Oh and sort out a pile of clothes for my bag
Nursery - cot, put washed covers back on bouncy chairs, put latest batch of clothes away.
Downstairs is OK - just need to post ebay stuff and then batch cooking.
Hugs to Gemma
Welcome home Aless - try putting your feet up so your feet are in line with your knees and your hips, pump your feet and circle them for about a minute. Do it 3 times on each foot - leave it an hour or so and repeat.
They gave us these exercises for restless legs and swelling.
(reminds me to do my pelvic floor exercise - come on now girls squeeze and lift) :rotfl:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
