How is everyone have no idea how u all stay up so late, i used to be a right nightowl untill i got pregnant and now i am in bed by 11pm the latest !!! aA couple of questions if u ladies dont mind i have my 24 check at the doctors tommorow is this the time to ask about my hipg form !! Also I hve been having pain in my right rib !! Which is the side i had a broken rib in at xmas time last year. This is normal or could it be from the broken rib ?? Not asking for medical advice but would like to know if it's normal ?? Thank u ladies
I think you have to go back after 25 weeks, although to be honest you'd think it would be easier for the MW to just post date the form, but I'm sure that's not allowed!Sarah_Joanne wrote: »I'm quite annoyed actually, I (very foolishly) took the tags off a pair of "over-bump" maternity cargo type trousers from H&M that I bought at the weekend. They do go over my bump now and will for a little while longer but not for much more than a few weeks I reckon (I'm only 15 weeks now!) Also if my legs get any bigger I won't be able to get them past my knees! Oh well, I'll know for next time!
My work trousers are H&M cargo style and a size 16 (all my other stuff is a 14 or generous 12) and I was thinking this morning that it's a good job I've only got three weeks left at work as they are getting pretty snug! I also need a large in their maternity tops.jillie1974 wrote: »^ ^ ^ ^ for squishy
i have bought some cheap joggers from asda (£3) in grey to do me but they do them in black and navy so i want to get them as well. i got fed up with wearing leggings all the time. am going out with some friends sat night so am gonna get a new top then. need a few more long tops though, so will try asd tomorrow. cant walk round bury for any lenght of time with out my feet looking like pigs trotters! lol!!
I've got three long vests from Tesco that are a great fit. They're not maternity and only a fiver each but I live in them as they're really flattering over the bump.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

ooh.. forgot to say before
when we were at hospital on momday, they said they would arrange a cmw to call and do my BP checks so i didnt have to go to a drop in centre. but there was no mention etc of when these would be, just twice weekly. so on tues, i waited and received no call to advise me of any appointments so i made my usual weekly mw appointment for yesterday, and she was quite happy for me to attend the drop in centre tomorrow and poss mon of next week. so about 1pm there was a knockon the door, cmw 'hi i've come to do your BP checks' i was like oh, ok no-one told me... so iexplained i had expected at least a call to say you're booked for a visit so she just said i was in the diary... needless to say she didnt check my BP and kinda seemed a bit PO that i had already been checked over yesterday. not my fault though as a call on tues or even yest morn meant i could have cancelled yesterday and have her do the checks today....
so she went.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Just ordered a few tops from Blooming Marvellous as they have a really good sale on. I think I need a few more bits for when I'm on ML and not wearing work stuff all the time. Some really good bargains- http://www.bloomingmarvellous.co.uk/categoryList.aspx?CategoryID=sale&language=en-GB.
Also the Blooming Marvellous stuff seems to hold its value quite well on eBay!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Kavinam - i'm 24+5 and i've bought absolutely NOTHING lol :rotfl:
All i have are some bits my sis gave me cos she was moving house and wanted them out of her way. So baby bath, monitors, bottle warmer and moses basket. Tbh i wouldn't have bought 3 out of 4 of those things but i'm glad i've got them.

I rang docs to ask if i can have some Gaviscon without making an appt, she said ring back tomorrow and they'll ask doc. I want peppermint though and worried if he does it then it'll say aniseed on the prescription. Wonder if i could swap it at Morrisons if it has no sticker on:rotfl:0
