Ok, is there no way you could knock on his door in the morning and ask for a jump start?

How far away is the hospital? Could u get the bus?

If u cancel it tomorrow, there might be quite a wait to get another appointment and it would be wasted cos they can't offer it to anyone else cos they won't have fasted.

Were you having it routinely or because they had found glucose in your urine?

    Beenie,

Just before I go to bed thought I'd suggest asking nice chappy if he would give you a jump start tomorrow morning.

Just starting it up without driving it around for at least 10 miles will have drained the battery so if you are lucky and you drive it around a bit to give it a charge you should be able to start it once you try to leave the hospital.

Hope I've not got the wrong end of the stick and that this helps you to keep the appt.

Yeah i don't wanna cancel really cos it's such short notice and i know it couldn't be filled. It never even crossed my mind to do it, til i realised how late it is lol!!

Nice chappy leaves for work really early so doubt i'll catch him - my only hope is to ask sister but she keeps going on about how busy she is decorating her house and i've not helped apart from babysitting, she keeps slating mother for sponging off her so i don't want to be labelled the same  I have a lovely family :rotfl:

Harley i've been driving it, i've seen the A1 more times today than ever in my life :D

So i've got a few options, gonna get up early and hope that the mechanics are waiting for their boss to open up and come to my rescue :rotfl: If not i'll have to try the sister , provided nice blokey has already left...

[edit] Glam it's just a routine test, cos of my BMI apparently

Well tbh it's complicated at the mo, she's with a bloke who tried to set fire to my house thru the letterbox while me and DS were sleeping, because he was with a woman who lived up the road who's kids harrassed me for years and their mother was a common trollop who always used to threaten me....
Anyway now she's (sis) got a lovely 3 bed semi council house due to saying he was harrassing her but she's still got him on scene, yet she won't admit it and claims to be 'all on her own' when in fact it's me who's on my own and no one offers to help me when i'm in the !!!!!!, i've got a full house of my own to decorate and although i haven't yet started, i've been buying bits of wallpaper and stuff so it's imminent (lol).

    lol rant :o

    Hello All.

    I hope I'm in the right place.

Just wanted to let you all know that I have been to visit Tigs and Andrew today at the hospital. Both mum and baby doing very well. He is the teensiest baby I have ever seen. I was completely awestruck by him.
