Fingers crossed for you. Still waiting for ours, lost the house its gone back on the market so willing the offer to come through soon so we might stand a chance of getting it back!! Arggggh.......!!

Hope you get it. Do you know who your packager is? I had a case offer yesterday with Beacon and just trying to get it to complete in time in September before their September funding runs out and it gets pushed back to October.

Luckyfool, i think its Enterprise from what i can work out! My broker is away so i cant really find out any more for a while, you seem to know a lot about the packagers...is there any hope for it being relativley quick???!!! They had a 15 day turnaround last week so i hope we'll make it in before Oct

Was that it just going into the queue?

The queue will vary from packager to packager but around 2 weeks from submission sounds about right. If your packager has done their job right and made sure everything is correct then hopefully it will offer once it gets to the top of the queue.

I have a couple of cases with Beacon - awaiting a final assesment. Suffice to say, the assesment is exactly that, and as such there is obviously the possibility of further information being requested.

In summary there is no point stressing, what will be will be.

mine is packaged with pavillion and went for final assessment yesterday

anybody know how much funding pavillion have ?

mine needs to be in this allocation otherwise I've lost the house and my £495 valuation fee

Not a clue, sorry. I know the lions share goes to Beacon Mortgage Packaging (who I use), and they just closed their panel and are not accepting business from new brokers they haven't dealt with in the past due to limited funds. Hopefully Pavillion have managed their pipeline of business well and have only accepted cases up to the level of funding they have been allocated.

As Conrad says, theres not alot you can do about it at this stage and there is no point worrying about it unecessarily.

They are hardly alone in being slow at the moment, I had cases with Clydesdale Bank where at one point they took 4 weeks+ for mail to be opened.

no offer yet for me but did have a text from my broker today sayin that my package went to beacon last week and is awaiting final approval

Me neither, was told it was waiting approval last week or week before....wonder who'll be first!!!
