    Hello all

Z - very good, my meetings are also like that. I was deciding last night(having a conversation with mate's hubby) that we as a civilisation work FAR too much.

the hours people put in to their normal job just seem endless.

Any how that observation aside life here is on an even keel. well i spent loads in preparing the house for mum's return and have LOTS to do but seem oddly unfazed by it all. I had terrible period pains but they seem to have eased off.

I got rid of three bags to charity, put my boots in to be re - heeled, went to home base spent an awful lot, also spent money in tescos buying a new hoover (online delivered during the week) and Mum a new duvet set and towels as a welcome home and other house stuff.

    Tonight I am aiming to

    1. [STRIKE]hoover upstairs,[/STRIKE]
    2. [STRIKE]change all the sheets[/STRIKE]
    3. [STRIKE]clean the toilet [/STRIKE]
    4. prepare the walls for painting in the Bathroom
    5. [STRIKE]spend some time drooling over Arthur in Merlin.[/STRIKE] ;)
    6. gather up paper work, find something to watch on TV and get filing.
    7. [STRIKE]put a white wash on[/STRIKE]. it was dark but hey
    8. clean out fish tanks?
    9. once kitchen is clean move stuff from conservatory to kitchen and maybe move furniture around to fit the coffee table.

    Tomorrow

    1. up early paint bathroom
    2. go to morrisions
    3. unpack shopping and tidy up kitchen(cook lunch for work)
    4. hoover downstairs
    5. dust and polish front room
    6. sort out hall and do numbers 8 and 9 from yesterday
    7. hoover and tidy up my room plus stinky Guinea pigs (!)

    right best get on

    Buffyxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

We do work too much. Half the problem is that we are not working for ourselves. Mediaeval serfs and peasants used to work one month for their lords and masters - we work about six for ours.
