OK I guess, I got a grade 2 overall which will remain on my record for 2 years now........FE is mental:rolleyes:

Apparantly my handouts were of poor quality as I had copied them out of a book...........a book that is set text which is provided with the course material as photocopiable extension activities......!!!!!!!s:mad:

Lou, grade two is good, honestly if anyone actually read the bloody stupid ofsted Critrea (however you spell that word!) they would understand how !!!!ing impossible our job is. stupid government stupid schools.

and what a totally !!!!!!ish thing to say about the handouts. For God's sake WHY do they always think re inventing the flipping wheel is better???????????????

Because in the experience of education I have had, "effort" far and above outweighs "results".

That's why re-inventing is better. As is jogging up and down on the spot.

Oh and we are getting a Btec risk assessment done in a fortnight too, they want to see all students assignments and feedback and then after that we can look forward to being interviewed to prove our familiarity with Btec policy and procedure..........:D

In other news I am now going to bed after trying tomark books whilst feeling like my head is bleeding. I hate this feeling.

any teachers got any tips for keeping up with the marking side of things. its a disaster at the moment

I only just saw this, I am so mad. cos obviously you haven't a clue are entirely unprofessional and need checking up onevery five freaking minutes.

Ok. So today SUCKED beyond the telling of it.

!!!! work.

any how this is what I need to do to fix this.

1. I must spend the weekend organising my work files.
2. I must mark three sets of books.
3. I must plan the rest of the term.

I WILL NOT BE BEATEN by that bloody awful man or his cronies.

I really need some kind of punch bag smiley there.


In other news,

1. I got paid way more than I thought for tutoring :T:T
2. I am going to see New Moon tomorrow night. :T;)

hmmm. I woke up early.

Planned my room move round, all good. then the shower broke, b-i-l came to fix it, time disappeared, nearly had a row with my mum.

haven't gone shopping. am hungry and everything takes too long. oh and i have no money or not enough money.

and I want a boyfriend.

and a house.

and a car

and a driving license.
