Morning buffy - I know you said you were going to start running on Monday, but how about getting your trainers on and just going round the block today at a really brisk walking pace? The fresh air would blow the cobwebs away and it would be great prep for a jog tomorrow!

I hope you have a good day - lots of positive vibes coming your way x

And thats the nature of running and being committed to it....and where I fail!

    Hi Buffy

    How's your Sunday? :D
Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

  • Well I didn't go for a walk! The fish tank cleaning was slightly stressful! nearly electrocuted myself with the heater and found two dead fish:confused:
and then my sis and her boyfriend have come round for dinner, so I am currently on the sofa listening to a very exciting conversation about the tv programmes they have watched. its a joy.

I sound like a !!!!! but I guess with Mum being away I have got used doing my own thing and now its back to "normal" which frankly I really don't like. I am trying to change things but she just gets upset.

I haven't tidied my room up (when they come round house has to be clean ie all my stuff upstairs - my marking is all on my floor right now!)

They should leave fairly soon say about 6? I am so tired but I think its just because I have had a big dinner and just sat still.

So hopefully I should be able to at least start tidying when they go.

    *waits*

    xx

Are you free to get back to doing what YOU want/need to do yet?

It must be so hard to be held to other people's wishes. I know how awful it can be when you are viewed as being anti-social if you don't stay with 'guests'.
