  • Very slow start to today - our youngest cat did a disappearing act on Friday afternoon, we'd given her up for dead on Saturday night and I was in bits...still sat by the back door calling her, was sure i heard her...and sure enough, she's gotten under the floorboards somehow and was stuck! After a bit of floorboard pulling up and a pack of ham, she's out & ok :D

    ahhhhh, glad she's ok gymfiend:)
Thank you for this site Martin

Hooray for the cat turning up safely and congrats on the pregnancy too, Gymfiend!

Hope everyone's had a lovely weekend. It's dull, warm and dry here and I've had a lovely relaxing yoga session this morning, a fab start to the week.

    Today's yoga outfit:
Black cotton hareems with grey graphic print (50p, India)
Grey mahl vest (TopShop about 9 years ago)
    Black rubber flip flops (India)
Vintage denim jacket with sleeves hacked off (DIY job)
Canvas tote with picture of indian dancer (India)
Beaten silver hoop earrings (car boot yesterday, lady bought in Nepal 10p)
    Silver tribal rings (India)
    Two silver bangles (India)

Got loads of parcels to wrap for eBay then it's an afternoon of listing and photographing once I've had lunch.

Have a happy monday (great name for a band....) XXXXXXXXX
  • Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around. Had a funny old weekend, and blitzed my house, just have the utility room to sort out, then dh needs to put some boxes in the loft! I have a huge pile of things to ebay now, need to make some money to buy some more clothes :D

Have also sorted out my dd's clothes. She's 3, and incredibly skinny!! Everything has to have an adjustable waist, and she has next to no autumn/winter clothes. So took her to Next sale and got a fab pair of bright pink cord trousers and some jeans.

    Today I'm wearing:
black Jackie O style dress - Next £40 (have worn it loads though - I don't like spending lots of money on clothes unless I have to!)
little black cardie - Laura Ashley - present from Mum years ago
red ballet pumps - Clarks sale £15
    silvery bracelets - £2 Primark

    I've been Money Tipped!
This morning: black crocheted dress, black cardigan, valentino sunglassess, and black flats.

This afternoon: make up off, giving skin a break :) having a rest now, probably won't get onto proper clothes again, just mucky stuff for the animals this evening.

Thanks ladies :) I'm so glad she's ok, keep grabbing her and cuddling her much to her dismay, can't believe I've got her back!

I found this Floss - http://www.breasttalk.co.uk/bra-appeal/ - thought maybe it was M&S though?
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

They probably can, but I'd read on here about a specific organisation that sends them on.....

But seriously tired now thanks to that, and doing a carboot at 5.30 yesterday morning

Made £120 to be put toward a new coat, still not bought one as weather's been ok :D

Ah, so you did well! Was it busy? I was supposed to go on Sunday... didn't quite make it to due a late Saturday night! Is it the last one there for the season, do you know?

Also, hello! Had a mad busy day at work today - client meetings, deadlines, crazy typing! Just setting about to sort out my blog now. Have taken a photo of today's outfit and have written my first post - exciting! How are the rest of you getting on, piratefairy and daisybella? Any one else fancy setting one up... I'm so nosy! :rotfl:

Here (was) today's (I'm not in leggings, fluffy socks and a cosy cardi!:))

Black cotton dress with yellow pattern... kind of looks like peacock feathers! (£5, Primark)
    Black tights
    Black patent pumps
    Yellow suede waist belt
    Long vintage owl pendant
Huge black and gold cocktail ring
Black leather jacket (£50, Steve Madden in TK Maxx)
    Gold and purple cotton scarf

Thank goodness Monday is over and done with!
