Could the mark not come out? Ask the seller for a partial refund to compensate?

Thanks for the kind words girls. I don't know what it is, it looks like lipliner or red pen or something. I would be afraid to wash it in case it doesn't come out, then I can't return it. I'll email the seller.

It is such a gorgeous dress too.

I contacted the seller, she replied almost immediately to offer a refund, which is nice of her. So it's going back tomorrow. Shame!!!

I have several eBay items ending today, eekers! The Oasis skirt has 10 watchers but only one bid, guess it is going to sell after all. *sad* I will really miss it.

Goodness, clothes stir up such emotions don't they!

  • That's such a shame, I hope you can resolve it.

Ladies (and gents), how can I wear harem pants? I'm buying stuff at the moment that I know the ex would hate ( ;) ) and I love these so got a cheap pair off ebay, just not sure how to avoid the MC Hammer look

I love harem pants (can never seem to find a pair to suit me though). They look good with heels and a slinky top, maybe some layers over it? Oh and plenty of pretty delicate jewellery! And hurrah for buying clothes that your ex hated, very satisfing lol! :)

Mega congrats on the uni offer Tsabo. Definitely worthy of a TS treat! Let us know what you get.
Queenie I do hope your shoes turn up or that you get some kind of resolution from the seller.
Tara I love your ebay buys... and that necklace is ADORABLE, just the style I would go for too.
Hope you managed to get a good sleep Char and left some of your jobs.
Welcome jtb2412, medsdemon and JesaRose. This is a fab thread and you will pick up lots of hints and tips.

Well my outfit for today.... not sure yet as I'm still sat in my pjs... well actually they are hubbys pj bottom as they were closest when I tumbled in from work at 4am exhausted.

Not much planned for today. Going to pick up a book I reserved at the library. It's the one Goan suggested 'Yeah! I made it myself'. Might have a wee CS rake cos it would be rude not to!

Off to catch up on blogs.

I love my Hammer pants:D- I wear them with a Tee and ankle boots and usually a big cardi of some kind. The hardest thing is finding a coat you can wear with them. I still haven't so hence the chunky cardi subbing as a coat!!

I had an outfit change of plan. Ended up in Asos Paisley print little dress £1.20 carboot, Pink lace trimmed cardi ( laura ashley £2 carboot) belted with dress belt, Charm bracelet 50p carboot, fabric flower on cardi ( accessorize carboot), black opaques and black suede ankle boots ( daughters).

it's cheery up bright before the snow comes tomorrow!!
